Hello everybody,
Fall has come quick, and we hope everyone is doing well. Tonight we had our October meeting via conference call again due to COVID restrictions. We have received our applications from Zambia! Thank you to all those involved in getting those in promptly. We will be receiving Tanzania applications shortly too. Over the next month the Board Members will be dividing into groups of three to review the applications and select the successful student applicants based on our budget determined from the previous meetings. We will be reviewing Kenya applications in January 2022, and have already been in touch with Guatemala. We wish all students the best of luck, we wish we could accept each and every one of you.
In the upcoming months, we hope to formally release our video which summarizes HYTES, which includes testimonials from each country and general information so we can give you all an overall image of our organization. We also are orchestrating an online Silent Auction in the next few months! Our information night to be hosted in Calgary we hope to see happen in the spring of 2022, depending on the status of COVID.
